What is it all about?
Here at bunnies are magic we talk inspiration – in things great but also in things small and understated, and simply mundane for most. We find magic and joy in the unexpected, or at the very least strive to achieve that.
We make bunnies magical.
There is only one policy here, but a tough one: absolute honesty. Unbelievable things come from having a decent conversation with oneself and leaving all the lies behind. And all it takes is a little trust that deep inside, behind all these social masks, there is someone worth knowing.
Why should I hang around?
The heart of bunnies are magic is definitely the tough questions we ask each other. Sure, these are full of awkward confessions nobody asked for, but without these difficult questions and sometimes painful answers no inspiration can be born. Before we try to aspire to something, is it not worth asking not only what it is that we aspire to but also… who are we right now?
For these who need an extra, external punch there are some, often insane lessons learnt from all over the world of high and low culture. Here fashion, beauty, books, games, movies, festivals, travel, all and everything that surrounds us and can inspire us meets in one spot, all for the sake of showing us new and excited ways to look at our lives.
Already on your way to achieving all of your life goals? Surely you need to surround yourself with things that keep you going and stay on your path. Whether these are guides or just stories of people who have lived through the same struggles as you – they are bound to make the burden even slightly less heavy to carry.
There are a few of the good and trusty regulars too; after all as the old saying has it, our favourites songs are those we already know. Things no one told us about talk about moments when life brutally clashes with the reality served to us by the Internet and media. Let’s try is a roundup series in which I try and review recipes, DIY and others that I have pinned recently. And little wonders… Little wonders are just that – beautiful things I have seen and photographed for everyone’s overall enjoyement.
Who even are you?
My name is Aleksandra; I was born in Poland but since I’ve gone to University, I’ve been living in the UK (currently in Oxford). This year I will turn a quarter of a century old which should make me smarter-ish but it really doesn’t.
I have a degree in Physics, but I’ve always had a soft sport for art, especially literature. I like fluffy things. And unfluffy things. There are quite a lot of things that fit into these categories.
